Personally, I think that United and Outcasts may have a deal and that they are waiting so that when we finally kill Syntech, they'll double attack us instead of actually attacking each other like claimed. GJ even said as soon as Bardock went MIA that all deals were off, before "reestablishing" them.
We must must must fortify. Seriously, on the Syn thing... As much of their territory as we have... Just let the last few live right now. What harm are they? They are in a position where its difficult to rebuild on their own. They then have to cut into Outcast land for areas. Won't happen. So they have to seek help. If Outcast helps them, we are in no better of a situation then if they attacked us AFTER Syntech, b/c either way will suck for us. Best scenario is that Syn has to RP just sitting in a tiny corner unable to continue.
