[U] Garlic Jr's Unit
#2
Raditzu Village became a fading anthill against the silhoutte of the rising sun on the horizon, as Garlic Junior's unit began it's march on the morning of the Eighth day. It began just like any other day, and Celipa had no reason to believe that it wouldn't end just like any other day. Either full of bloodshed, or full of treachery. One thing was for sure though - she was a lot happier in Garlic Junior's unit, where she could loosen up.

Celipa now wore her normal saiyan armor, with the red trim around it that represented United's team color. The pack slung over her shoulder contained all of her assassin gear, but she had a feeling she wouldn't be needing it right away. The only thing that wasn't in the pack was her pistol, which was still stowed in its holster around its owner's waist.

"Nice day today, isn't it?" Celipa chimed to a soldier walking beside her, positively beaming. Even she had to admit that she was surprised at herself, being this cheerful in a wartime situation. But morale was high whilst Commander Garlic was around.

"Yes it is," replied the soldier next to her. Cel noticed that he still sounded a little groggy. Maybe he hadn't gotten enough sleep last night? He was human (or at least, looked it), and his brown hair was scruffy and uncombed. His eyes looked slightly baggy too.

There was a long day of walking ahead but being a saiyan, Celipa's muscles were tuned for such tedious tasks so it was nothing to her. She pulled a hair tie off of her wrist where she had been wearing it as a wristband, and tied her hair back in a hasty ponytail to keep it out of her face.

Her tail wrapped around her waist, and she was officially in 'marching mode'.

The soldier next to her didn't appear to be up to much more conversation, so Celipa kept her mouth shut. It was better to conserve her energy anyway, for the battles that lied ahead of them. What pitfalls and traps awaited them past the misleading beauty of the sapphire sky?

Standing on a hill in my mountain of dreams
Telling myself its not as hard, hard, hard as it seems
