It was back to Port Karolin for the forces of Dante. The boy wasn?t happy that they were in the town, but he did need the rest for now. After all he had just been in a hard battle not too long before. If his commander was correct, the he they would be entering another very soon. As much as the thought of a battle excited the battle happy fighter, his more sensible side knew it could be his last. After all, the powers he had seen in the battle were immense! He hadn?t dared to try and scan them with his machinery due to the warning signaled by the DA: C officials.
Pigero paced through the town, briskly taking in the scenery around him. A grin slid over his facial structure, it was peaceful. It was nice for once to have peace, and not have to have your guard up. His journeys lately had been hard, tiresome, and dangerous. The boy enjoyed them, but sometimes they scared him a little bit. Each one he nearly got killed in, and death wasn?t something he had planned right now.
?Yo! Captain!? yelled a voice from behind the teenager.
He gritted his teeth after hearing the word captain, no matter how cool it sounded it just didn?t fit him. The boy?s body swung around and he cocked an eyebrow trying to find out who had yelled at him. He quickly found out who it was, even though he didn?t know him. The blue clothing was a distinct give-away, he was a soldier of Dante.
?Ho Solider,? the boy stated, standing up straight.
?Ho Captain,? the soldier replied.
?Well, what is it??
?I was wondering, if you knew anything about that new recruit, the girl, Akane I think?? the youngster stammered.
?What?s to know? She?s-?
?Taken??
The captain of Dante?s forces paused, he blinked trying to comprehend
what the boy was saying. He opened his mouth but nothing arrived at his lungs.
?Excuse me??
?Well, I mean. You know man, she?s kinda hot!?
?Whatever,?
After that the captain pushed past the boy, and plunged deeper into the town.
