[O] CJ's Company/Corey's Squad
#11
The daylight was growing older as Cell Junior's Company kept marching along heading south unsure of where they were going. CJ on the other hand had somewhat of an idea of where he was going. If luck were on his side, he would run into someone of Outcasts Team who could fill him in on 17 or any news of that matter. If it were bad luck that was on his side, than simply he would run into an enemy group and have to fight.

What can be so bad about that? CJ was confident in his men that they could win no matter who opposed them, unless they were outnumbered by an insane amount of enemy troops which he highly doubt would decide the fate of his Company due to the sheer fact that the other team would need hundreds, thousands of troops to outnumber Cell Junior in anyway possible.

That thought actually put a smile on CJ's face, probably the first time in recent events where he smiled and actually meant it. After all, wasn't a fight what his men and CJ himself wanted? Hell, the winged creature would raise giant flags and blow his horn with every breath of air he had to signal for people to attack, but he knew better. Cockiness would only place his men in an un-winnable situation and that wouldn't be good.

After hiking along the rich grass of Outcast territory yet to be spoiled by blood, the group noticed something in the distance, a building of some sort. Unsure of whose it was, they pressed on, closing the gasp between them and the potential harmful building ahead.

As they closed in, they were able to see it was a fort with yellow flags flying above giving the group a sigh of relief, as it was an Outcast building after all. ?We?re here men,? said CJ as he pointed at the obvious Outcast Fort despite the fact the entire group already noticed it.

The battalion headed towards the fort as the doors opened up noticing the yellow colors amongst the army and recognizing them as Outcasts.

?Welcome to Fort Hyperton,? yelled General Corey who was making his way towards Cell Junior?s Company who was now within the inner walls of the newly constructed fort.

Cell Jr. jumped up onto a box and made a quick announcement, ?For the time being men of my company, we will be staying here. Make yourselves at home and be courtesy to those of Fort Hyperton.?

?We meet again,? smirked Corey who moved his hand outward as a formal greeting to CJ who was getting off the box. ?Yes, we do meet again,? laughed Cell Junior as he shook Corey?s hand. ?Come with me, I?ll show you your quarters,? said Corey who was now leading Junior away to his room.

~*~*~*~

Nightfall now looms over the Fort as Cell Junior is disturbed by a knock at his door followed by a voice, ?General Cell Junior, I have a message for you sir.?

?Come in,? the winged creature replied excitedly, ?Must be Commander Seventeen, at last!?

The door squeaked opened as a reptilian dressed in yellow clothing kneeled before CJ?s feet and held out a piece of parchment rolled up and tied by a white string.

?Thank you, you may go now,? replied the pleased General. ?Wait,? signaled Cell Jr. as he called for the messenger to stand before him. ?What took so long?? Questioned the cerulean monster.

?Weather sir, along with I traveled to Oblivion Tower only to be told you went south and I followed suit and ran into this Fort, I checked in and found out you were here, and here I am,? the reptilian replied as stood at attention before Cell Junior.

CJ stood before the reptile in front of him as he looked up at the man who towered over him, ?Very well than, I apologize for leaving Oblivion Tower and forcing you to run around not knowing where I was, I take it Leader Seventeen is alive and well since you returned here.?

?Alive and well,? reassured the reptilian as he headed for the door being dismissed by Commander CJ.

Heading back towards his writing table, the freckled creature dropped into his seat and placed his feet up onto the top of the desk as he watched the door close behind the messenger. The door closed as CJ looked back at the parchment and untied the rope unrolling the note.

The dotted warrior began to chuckle as he read aloud the opening part of the note, ?Dear Mr. Cell Junior.? He went on reading the rest of the note to himself as his eyes scrolled each line intently seeing what his next orders are.
