OOC: I'll be referring to Veggie head up above solely as Vejita II.
Time was severed of it's significance and was sluggish at best in its pace. All of Dante Abyss and its customary worries were cast into nothingness, alongside logic and reasoning. As the heavens shifted into a diminutive view from the overshadow of dimness, the realm of Aztec Tower was captured through the saiya-jin's eyes as a symbol of hell itself. The sight of his offspring was acknowledged with minimal detail for Vejita I and thoughts were flooded forth from his unforgiving heart, or at least that was what it was percieved to be consumed of.
Unfortunately, fragments of compassion were identified through memories of Vejita II in numerous forms of the former king's lifetime. Adolescent and a rare visual of adult images swarmed into the saiya-jin warrior's thoughts. They scorned and challenged him of his detesting heart, but the fullfilment of finally being introduced with his son was conflicting with it entirely. His decisions were bleak, incapable of coherently pondering his options at this second. Would he initiate battle against his own son? Or would he go against those that he lead so far in the days of war?
His miniature form resisted to be classified as a participant in this war at this premature stage. King Vejita hunched over with strands of his murky locks drooping over his eyes somewhat. The filth of this tainted world and the blood of opposing soldiers had been binded with his mane. His clothing had been inflicted with substantial damage, but never the less hadn't been diminished in class due since it was primarily a low-rate soldiers attire. Vejita heaved with a desperation of lessening his apprehension derived from possessing his own flesh as opposition.
The warrior's form was so simplistic to define, but his thoughts were dismantled into an enigma. Outcomes and scenarios were branching from both alternate decisions within his brain, but none were overriding the other in the least. To betray his own son would be a crime against all he attempted to represent: the protection of his people, the obligation he felt during Vejita-Sei to secure his son's livlihood, and the oath he placed to allow his son to reign supreme as king of his homeworld.
Was that now all washed of its truth? The king's brain was twisting and bending with reality blurring of its value to him. He desired once again to be shackled by the chains of the resistance within that ceil on Vejita-Sei to never relinquish a murmur to the public ever again. Perhaps then, these types of decisions would never be placed upon his shoulders with such so impending doom presenting itself from them. In that instance, his heart shrieked out from the most veiled area of darkness. That similiar darkness that had been unleashed from murdering Commander Zarbon days ago.
"MY SON! Vejita, do not bow before us as if we are your enemies. STAND alongside us as if we are your family, your own blood. Do not allow pride to hide the truth from you. The Syntech army has been dealt its hand, but not you. Join us as the ranks of your family, so that the Vejita empire will live further. Please, I beg of you. I beg of you with all that is still left of my heart, do not fight against me. You are my blood, I - I cannot kill you."
Tears were expelled with Vejita I's expression being altered into one of despair. If his son disobeyed him, perhaps then this would be the conclusion to the former Vejita I that once resided in this universe and would be the beginning of a darker king. A king that would even murder his own blood to pursue his ambitions.
