I'm so confused. Dante is broken? Does that mean we're routed?

And how did Cell Jr. come in from the north? How did he even get past Pigero's unit? >.>

Can I get some clarification as to what exactly is happening so I know what plans to make?

Edit: Also, the latest update stated that more Dante forces just arrived? Where the heck did they come from?
