Creativity and diversity is possible, just please use common sense. You can change the minor looks, hair, eyecolor and such, but Nappa will always be a big guy with a "strong bulky" build. Nappa is easily 7 feet tall, if not bigger. >.>;
So I'd suggest you either search for anime pictures that are similar to nappa, or search for pictures of nappa that you like.
(btw, I have a nappa picture with hair if you want, decide yourself if you want to use it or not.
