To the Abandoned Defense of Outcast Fort

Greetings once again! I write to you in response to the recent atrocities committed by the United Army. First, allow me to offer my deepest condolenses to those with relations to Norfair City. I have been outraged by the acts that United has taken to secure power in Outcast territory. No doubt this is only the first step in taking all of the Outcast territory formally possessed by your now dead leaders, with the exception of Cell Jr. I shudder to think as to what methods United will take when faced with a location of actual defense, such as your forts.

What disturbs me more, however, is the action that your Commander has taken. Rather, the lack of action is what frustrates me. My watchtower reports to me that your Commander bides his time in Sanguine Castle, never leaving its grounds. I've also learned that he has committed nearly the entire remainder of his army at this castle, placing the other Outcast outposts as defenseless other than its guards.

United and Dante hold an alliance. Because of this, Dante has no fear of disturbing tactics such as suicide bombings. I know that my perimeter is secure. However, I can only stress again the anxiousness I feel when considering what methods they will take against you. Please, consider my offer once more. Abandon your allegiance with Cell Jr. He hides in his castle, fleeing from his attackers and caring nothing for his people. He is no leader. Join under me, and I can assure you that United will halt its unconvential and morally disgusting tactics against you. I look forward to your reply, and I again give my deepest regrets to the atrocities committed earlier today.
