The complaining is us bitching to each other, which is going to be expected really. We aren't complaining to you about it so much.

But ok, so then what I'm thinking guys... We should have two NPCs stay in our land, walking around and literally just building Fortresses repeatedly. They'll have no idea what location our NPCs are on until they get close, which might mean moving onto a Fortress square to do so. So we should have our PCs and our soldiers go attack them while they are trying to get defenses up, and if we lose, it comes down to them having to slowly move through numerous locations to get to our NPCs, as long as our NPCs don't just decide to "give up" or "go fight them head on" once we ourselves are dead.

If this is the case, we can win this. Despite us having a disadvantage in having gotten fewer NPCs in the beginning, haha.
