Extremely Important

[Reijin]

Ok, so if someone just finished earning Metal Binding last week, would you say that they are SOL and should just be as active as possible until the actual reset to allow them to start their new character with this?

This will allow members to start off like this:

"Julie the Magician - Human
Starting Power - Telekinesis
Description: Julie grew up in a circus. She learned a great deal of fighting styles from the performers in the circus, but her time around her former master, the great Impresso the Magician, she gained an affinity for telekinetic power, which allowed her to achieve a great mix of shock and awe amongst the crowds for her tricks.

Unfortunately, a crowd member entered the tent having strapped a bomb to themselves, and detonated it during one of their shows. Julie, having been at the hospital for a severe stomach virus, was the only survivor. Upon hearing the news, she vowed to increase her power and use her telekinesis and fighting styles to defeat any twisted being she found."

or

"Affliction - NonTransformer
Starting Power - Pyrokinesis
Description: A child that claims to have been born in the core of a star from an unknown being, he has arrived on Vejita in hopes of finding the strongest warriors available to express his feelings of anguish upon. His initial arrival to the planet resulted in a large wildfire spreading across a large portion of the forests, bringing out numerous low level Saiyans to defeat this flaming djinn."

The numbers would not be static nor capped, but simply based on how active you are.
