Not much in the way of using chakra natures. Typically, only Genins lack specialization which is what they spend their time gaining before being promoted. It seems like you just don't have enough TP to spend, to be honest. I was thinking that different ranks should be given different amounts of Talent Points to spend at creation, but I wanted to see if a flat rate would work before trying that. Let me work on this for a bit.

edit: Finished making some changes. let's see how this goes before taking it any farther.
