I signed on today and was clicking through topics and noticed the type bar blinking on the forum as well as already posted subjects, I took a screen shot in case there question about what I'm saying.

The small blinking bar within the red circle at the end of the thread's title. It's probably nothing, but I just figured it was worth noting.
