Bulma... You're bolding the 'choosing of the character', which is not what you were saying NOR what I was refusing.
You said that this isn't the official PICTURE posting thread.
But clearly, from the quote I gave, it is. And if I look at your quote:

Sounds like an official picture thread to me, but maybe I'm behind the times?
