You, personally, might not, Corniss, but GJ's trying to gather the point of view of each side to create a more complete look at this idea.

I know some people won't have time to finish their storyline in a month. I, myself, will be nowhere near finished by then, as far as I can tell. *Shrug*

Discounting arguments isn't the idea here. GJ's just trying to gather a more thorough reaction.

I guess the ones I can see that haven't been added are;

Pro:
- Makes life much easier for custom players to integrate their characters.
- Allows for a great deal of freedom toward "world creation" for the staff

Con:
- Makes life difficult for canon players to keep their characters attached to the sudden shift in time/focus
- May force canon characters to compromise storyline/character themself in order to remain integrated
- Some players will find "bullshit" excuses as their only solution to explaining away the otherwise awkward shift

I wanted to make three points for each but I petered out. I'm sure there will be others for/against, too.
