Actually, the abilities and techniques for "Humans" were written in order to be very customizable and intentionally vague. Example, one of the "human" powerups is called "Inner Strength." For a vampire, that could mean that they grow fangs, wings, and wolf-like claws.

For the most part, I agree that there are many aspects of the Buu "race" that are not accurately represented in any single race as they stand.
