In actuality, humans have no transformations in the show, but they just can't do that here, because no one would be human.
If you can recall, the only thing a human ever got in the show was Unlocked Potential, which wasn't a transformation, it was just when Guru unlocked the power that laid dormant inside. Other than that small misconception of being a transformation, they have none; they just reveal their entire power in one blinding aura.
