Borgos: I have no idea what you mean by a "tier" system. As I already stated, we're tossing around ideas for "classifications" or "sub-races" which will allow you to be a "human" but also listed as "demonic" or some such.
Gokua: "Human" and "Non-transformers" are just placeholder names until we come up with something that more adequately describes the race. You just have to understand that when we say "non-transformer" it doesn't mean you can't transform. It doesn't have to make sense, you just have to go with it.
The term "mutant" is just as much a misnomer because not everyone will be able to mutate or be the result of a mutation. We'll think of something. In the meantime I'm going to keep using "human."
Ki-increasing items are in effect now and we have no reason to get rid of them. They're a nice way to augment your strength, give you a slight edge, or burn your zeni on. The specifics of new power-increasing items hasn't been completely decided, but they'll be there, don't worry.
