Thing with Buus is that, if racial abilities actually start to count for something (they're just flavor now), Buus are next to impossible to balance because of the sheer amount of shit they can do in the canon. Every villain had to have the abilities of every villain before him and more in DBZ . Frieza could transform, Androids had a limitless power supply, Cell could transform/absorb (androids)/ had everyone's techs/could regenerate from a single cell, and Buu had all of the above (minus PERHAPS the tech things, although he learned at a blazing pace) and insane regenerative powers.

So yeah, I see where they're a problem. I honestly don't have any inspired suggestions or anything. Maybe Buus should start out with a limited form of regeneration and body manipulation automatically, with the potential to learn the rest of their racial abilities through extensive, hard judged Training threads. Most of those abilities are good shit that would require a Staff saga to get, so the ability to *train* for them alone, I think, would be a sort of Racial "advantage".

I don't think they ever said Buus had unlimited ki, in the same way androids do. They were just way stronger than anyone else in the show, so they were never really shown struggling. Supes did appear 'tired' when he first fought mystic Gohan, up until he absorbed Gotenks and Piccolo. The main thing Buus can do which is totally unique is decomposition.

I think it would be cool if all races started with one basic ability. Maybe Nameks get regen, Saiyans get oozaru, Androids get 'invisible ki' etc. Just my two cents.
