If you're in control of a canon character at the time of Turnover, you may choose to have your custom be the offspring of a canon. This requires a few things:

- Permission from your custom's relatives (ie. if you're the daughter Piccolo and Garlic Jr., you must have their permission)
- Your custom's birth must fit into the histories of the rest of the canons, rewritting someone else's history so you can play the son of Goku will not be tolerated
- You get one shot at being a relative; you cannot switch to another relative, you cannot switch to a new custom then back a relative, none of that
- The new, related custom must be categorized into one of the existing races for the purposes of abilities and so forth
- You gain no statistical advantage for being a relative (stats, powerups, abilities, none of that); its purely an IC thing

Those are the rules for playing the offspring of a cannon character.
