Oh yeah. Burter's a mod. NVM.

Nice system, though! Looks fair and equally balanced.

No, Max, that's not the reason. -_-

The reason is because we've established Reptilians as a mainstay race of CDBZ's world in general. We are not limited by the show. Have you read the Mercy description? Let me point this out:

Quoted from the Mercy-sei Planet Description in the Info Vault
- The dome of Shiste is the home to a large amount of Shisteka, a group of reptillian creatures that are native to a nearby waste planet called Shitol. While they are able to survive in the harsh environment of their radiated planet, most other races are unable to survive without protective gear, thus forcing them to establish a location here for the sake of communication. It is believed the the city is controlled by a singular figure that is replaced routinely by the mother planet.[/i]

The Reptilian race isn't even just Burter's race as you are trying to make it out to be, but rather a general Reptilian category for the variety of races that inhabit the world. A similar note can be made for Changlings encompassing both the Makyo-jin of Garlic's race and the "icers" of Koola's race. I cannot say if that carries to this site, but I'm sure you see the point.
