There is more than one reptillian in the show. What they are saying, Max, is that this isn't the show, this is CHUBBS Dbz Rpg. We have our own universe. In this universe, before this turnover, Burter had a larger role in the story we have collectively created. There is also Raspberry, who is a reptile, plus several more scattered around that have come and gone. Read the information vault to catch up on some races/planets.

Reptile is pretty much a generic race of cold blooded people, not necessarily just what Burter is. After the turnover, people wishing to be customs will be able to switch over to a reptilian race (Or whatever race they choose).

Vampires, and demons and the like are categorized under the Generic category, and that is where they are staying. Generic doesn't neccessarily mean humans, but is just a general category for other races that don't quite fit the others already laid out. Like it or lump it, that's how its staying.
