Best Moves/Techniques

Is there a possibility of having 'Best Moves', which have strategic value and can effect PvP fights, and a list of 'Favorites' to go in your character vault for strictly RP purposes. Example: Yamu uses 'Eraser Cannon' which is just a ki blast from his mouth. It has not real value but I use it in RPs as a way of circumventing attacks that pin his arms or if one gets broken.

It seems like a big price to pay 10xp just to get Eraser Cannon back.
