Nah, there just isn't enough market for exclusive games at the moment. Neither console has a large enough base to support the development of next-gen games.
I imagine if we see a huge sucess with FFXIII and other upcoming PS3 exclusives, the kind of games that move consoles, you'll see more exclusives on the system.
