He couldn?t decide which hurt more, his eyes and now apparent blindness, or seeing Vegeta on Dante?s Abyss with his daughter, while Kakarot had tossed his own family to the side.
The debate raged on internally all afternoon, at least it had felt that way to the blinded saiyajin. Unfortunately he couldn?t really tell now that he?d been blind, but from how it felt as the heat from the sun slowly lessened on his body he could surmise that night was quickly approaching.
With a bit of reluctance, Kakarot was able to roll himself onto his stomach and then force his muscles to pick his body up onto his hands and knees. A groan rattled in his throat as his body cried in protest, having taken such a harsh beating in the last meeting it didn?t want to obey even the simplest commands. Yet, Kakarot pushed through the pain until he was standing- if you could call his hunchbacked stance, ?standing?.
?I?m going to have to take it slow,? he thought to himself, while concentrating on not rubbing his irritated eyes lest they become infected. ?Which direction to go slow in- that?s the real question.?
Being a blind man didn?t help with your orientation, nor did getting shot hundreds of yards by a large energy based attack. At this point the only thing he could do would be to wander aimlessly and hope that he didn?t hit one of the danger zones and get himself blown up; however, someone would consider that putting the saiyajin out of his misery since he?d received such a large handicap.
Kakarot laughed and shook his head at the thought of being put down like a wounded animal, flinching in pain as his sides cried out. Slowly, but surely, the blinded fighter began a slow march out of the area into the unknown hoping to run into something akin to shelter so he could rest.
Today was going to be a long day.
