Bardock

Bardock had seen her stumbling around from about a hundred feet back. Since it was still pitch black with the exception of a little moonlight, he had replaced his sunglasses with a scouter, which told him that the girl in front of him was in fact Eighteen...with whom he had already fought...and lost.

The saiyan warrior moved forward to catch up to her, but made sure to keep quiet. His pistol remained at his side, gripping it firmly.

The girl suddenly turned at the sound of a crunch. Bardock raised his gun immediately when her eyes gazed on him. "Who's there?!"

Before she could speak, he fired twice. One in her chest, the other in her gut. Gasping, she stepped back, shocked even more so then earlier. In her stumbling, she fell back onto her bottom, grunting.

Bardock stepped forward and looked into her eyes. He wanted to make sure she knew that he won.

But all he saw was confusion and shock. Eighteen's eyes were different. She was clueless as to why she was being fired upon. "Why...?" Was all she can manage with the ki bullets clutched inside her chest. Her eyes were watered, almost teary. "Why?"

The saiyan swallowed hard. He hadn't expected this. He gave the most honest answer he could. "Because you're in my way," and even though he really wasn't, he said "I'm sorry."

Eighteen tried to yelp, but it was cut off by the shot into her robotic temple.
