I know that behind the scenes you do a good job, but to me, that's not all that counts. You have to be generally nice when talking to the members, and to some people, you are, to some people, you're just dull and straightforward (which is not a bad thing) and to some people, however, you can get pretty mean and personal. It annoys me how you'll just spout off at someone sometimes for offering up a suggestion.
