Anyway, I would suggest calling them on your lunch break or something. Or the next time you have a day off. Five minutes on the phone with an actual person can get more done than days of emails and auto-responses.

That is what got me to ship it in the first time just to get it back with no info regarding what had been done if anything, two months later.
