Forget the jobs you would have fun doing "I want to mod the forum I already read every day anyways" type setup.

Are you willing to do the jobs you hate doing? "Oh... look. Another whiny bitch complaining about the game as usual. I had better handle this. And then the join forum with the impatient new guy."

Considering that this is pretty much exactly what I did when I was staff, I'd have to say yes.

For all I care I could be in a position that's completely behind the scenes. I'll do whatever, including the jobs that everyone hates, and I'll do them willingly and happily.
