What do you guys think of zeni incentives for quantity? I don't know how this would play into the new stat system you have planned, but basically what I'm thinking is this: only reward TP/ XP for quests based on quality and then award zeni based on length via a formula.
So, quests and sagas could have difficulty multipliers. Here is a very simplified version of what I'm suggesting from which you guys might can work.
Level 1 Difficulty gets 0.1 zeni per word typed
Level 2 Difficulty gets 0.2 zeni per word typed
etc.
Staff merely plugs a writer's work into Microsoft word, runs word count, and multiplies the result by the zeni multiplier. If you're worried this rewards quantity too much, lower the multiplier until you get results that you like.
