The whisper of "I want to use a powerup in the next fight I'm in" thing...
Does this mean that we can whisper our intentions to you so that if someone happens to be nearby, we can burst onto the scene powered up and they won't have the opportunity to respond by doing the same?
Sorta like in your scene, if Rad and 18 were oblivious to your nearby prescence, and you had told the writer you wanted to use SSJ2 tier, you'd bust on and cap them both in the act before they even blink? Or would you contact them first and say "Forewarning: Do you want to use a powerup?"
