BJ can most likely say that the collars around your neck will stop you from pulling your weapon out with some crazy eletrical crap. As for the Ki Sense and Telepathy, once again, eletrical crap.

Anyway, on to the questions. How exactly can you form an alliance if you meet in the same square and are forced to fight? Can you form them at the beginning of the game or something?

Another one. Is it possible to go up to someone like Rad with a grenade and kamakazi him if he's got you conered?
