All I remember was the defeaning roar of their machines ... and their appetite for destruction.
"Hah, 'bout time the Mayor signed us off--"
"--dang right! No thanks to those treehuggin' pansies."
Frank snifled; thumbing the end of his nose. A long piece of straw was planted between his two front teeth as he chuckled away. Cletus, on the other hand, was at the head of the mechanical monster, a massive tractor with several crossing saws leading it into the forest.
Froug was conversing with the amphibian creatures of a pond when ripples moved across the waters. A loud rumble resonated throughout the forest; shaking the bark off of trees. It was a terrifying noise, sending birds south and critters beneath shelter.
