I'm thinking that they would allow you to attach any stat that made sense. Which is quite accommodating.

That is correct.

Meh... if you do racial traits.... I meam I dont like the way you guys orchestrated it.... perhaps... instead make the person earn it ....unless it is a birth right.... I mean... you are going to make Namek BSC able for just by stats? I tihnk thats bull....

I don't understand that.

If we put in racial abilities, no one will get abilities for just being a race. For example, Namekians will not be able to regenerate without the "Regeneration" skill. Period. That's not going to change.

However, that does not mean you will have to RP training for each and every skill you want. Skill will have costs associated with them, but they're OOC costs. If you want to RP your character training for an ability, that's up to you. Regardless, you'll be able to acquire the ability.

If you get Regeneration and just RP Retane waking up one day and being able to regenerate, that's fine. If you RP him training carefully to learn how to do it, that's fine. If you RP him learning the skill from someone else, that's fine. If you RP that he's always been able to do it and nothing has changed, that's fine.
