In Fallout 2 your stats affected how well you got it on. Poor endurance/agility/strength often yielded a negative result.
You could also start with a trait called 'Sex Appeal', and could later gain a perk called 'Kama Sutra Master.'
I... don't quite see much use for a sex-based stat, though.
