As far as power ups and what not, do they count as abilities? Reason I ask is becuase Thirteen doesn't power up, his RAGE is part of his CPU and it keeps him at his max.

Yea, that's pretty much it.

Best Moves are good, but some, like 20's, will have to be thrown aside.

The only abilities blocked: Ki Sense, Telepathy, Flying, Teleportation and Healing

The ability system has been since I posted that. I've decided to allow players to choose two abilities they can use coming in, and they can only use those two.

However, the ones I banned up there in that quote are still banned
