I definitely know what you're talking about.
I've read your stuff, and you are correct: you are an excellent storyteller. I don't know what your definition of "super writer" is, but there's a very broad spectrum on what "super writing" is, so don't worry about that kind of classification. What I've noticed about you is that you work really well with others: within a few posts, you already have a good comprehension of their character and how to run with a decent, if not brilliantly concocted, plot. You appeal to angst and empathy, you have a firm grasp of realism (which is always nice in an out there world like this), and you can work those to your advantage. Sometimes you fall flat by yourself, but you're hardly ever alone.
In your current roleplays, you seem to think that your posts are erratic and out there. Well, just because you perceive them to be doesn't mean others do. Everybody throws a different pitch, man. You're pretty good at the curve and the change-up. What good is consistency if it gets boring? You shake stuff up. Don't get discouraged. You have a knack for picking things up and making them work. If you really hate the way you're writing and refuse to see my optimism, look back on some of your previous writing and pick it apart. Ask yourself reflective questions like a lame book review assignment. What did you like about it? What didn't you like? What is different between how you wrote then and how you're writing now? That should definitely generate some answers for you, or at least put you on a track to somewhere.
As for ideas, the well runs dry for everyone multiple times in their career. It's no secret. All you have to do is find your muse and let her sing to you. Listen to music, watch movies, go and hang out with friends...whatever gets you motivated! Just don't force it. I once heard that the only way to write is to just sit in front of the typewriter/computer/piece of paper until something comes to you. I don't know about you, but that doesn't do shit for me. Usually, the harder you try and the more you focus on something like this, the more likely it is you will get the exact opposite result. It's like lifting weights: try too much at once, you'll get a hernia.
That's what I can do for you, my friend.

I don't want to feel the things that you do
Don't worry, I'll be fine
I just don't want this dream, wake me up inside=_
