I say keep it. The weapon isnt that all powerful. Didnt 18 have it last year? And she ran into all kinds of trouble. No offense at all 18. It could be really helpful if your in a group setting and thats how i would use it.

Eighteen started with it, and I asked if she would feed me the results and I would go pick people off. Unfortunately, the very first square that was closest to me ended up being her and I killed her on accident.

True, the GPS does remove a lot of the chaotic element, but it creates a whole shit ton of man-made conflict. The very first year, it changed hands quite a bit, and some groups used it to push people into fighting each other.
