I'm saying the main focus is not something that could directly harm someone else. Sure, it could indirectly harm someone else, but things like a gun or a spoon -- their main focus (ingame, at least) is to directly harm someone else. I'm not saying it shouldn't be included because it's not a typical weapon. I'm saying it shouldn't be included be it's not a weapon at all. I would be fine with it if you just disabled the tracking.
