Would characters who already have ki weapon best moves be allowed to swap them for something else due to the advent of non-ki weapons?

The answer is "yes."

So, two things on this. What I'm getting from this answer is that those of us who already have best moves that focus on the creation of a ki weapon, such as my technique, "Dictator," could trade that in for a sync weapon? Would this trade in be free, at a reduced cost, or full price? Also, does this mean that ki weapon best moves will no longer be approved?
