Why do people expect competing developers to say "NO, FUCK WOW'S EXTREMELY USER FRIENDLY AND INDUSTRY STANDARD SETTING INTERFACE, LET'S COME UP WITH SOMETHING COMPLETELY UNTESTED AND/OR HAS BEEN PROVEN TO SUCK"?
Yes, the interface looks like WoW. That's because WoW had a very nice interface. I would kindly direct people who think that's all there is to the game to examine how Warhammer is based around RvR, and WoW is focused around gaining access to easy purples to pimp your ride.
