So, just for clarification, everyone is cool with this idea?

Tempyst Sky: Well, I kinda had an idea of how to go about it. Perhaps three phases. We've already gotten through one. The idea I had for the second, would involve training the mind, and have the group sit semi circle, get into a calm state of mind, and be instructed to go back in their minds to a time where they encountered a problem that they witnessed and were beyond control to help. The thing they would have to do is to reconstruct that scene differently, and come to terms with the fact that they couldn't really do anything about it. The scene would then be thier way of "fixing things" so to speak, and come to terms that they were beyond the ability to change it.

Tempyst Sky : how does that sound? The third phase would actually be attempting the body split.
