After thinking it through and attending the chat with Reijin, most of the problems I had were solved and the other issues can be easily ignored for the most part.

So, i'd like to please return as Android Sixteen and start roleplaying again, if you'll let me that is. My Roster should still be under 'Inactive', hopefully i'll be able to keep if and if not, it doesn't matter.
