Powerup Techniques:
These are all the Techniques that give you a Ki multiplier. All powerup techniques are only given out in special occasions like staff run saga's, but not limited to. Just meeting the requirements only show that you can get it. They are usually given out as the ultimate RolePlaying reward. Note that all Powerup Techniques without a scene of rage are more easily given out then the ones with rage. A Ki multiplier basically multipliers all your physical stats.

If you look on the techniques page, there are some that multiply your ki. Kaioken, SSJ, Spiritken, etc. And before you ask - you're a non-transformer, so Spiritken is what you'll be aiming for.
