So I'd say that Kirano definitely put in as much effort as Paragus and Turles in terms of the amount typed, but he nor Turles equaled Para in terms of ooc time committed. Beyond all this, though, only two characters Aqua and Paragus) completed the quest to gain the reward IC. So.... there be the facts. Do with them what you will.
