So I'm really not sure... Did I recieve telepathy or not?
Since Android 18 said that it was Approved and Hell Fighter 17 said something else I believe. It was in my roster for a while that I had it without any trouble, but now it isn't there... So I'm confused
I made and RP that I recieved it about the time when it still was on my roster.
So, did I get it or not?
