Due to this thread : Staff Read Now
I'd like to suggest that when something has been answered that it ends right then and there. In a nut shell, Burter took care of the ordeal, Celipa was typing at the same time, so it's not really his fault, but everyone that posted after Celipa was basically uncalled for.
He made a mistake and did something stupid and instead of doing the right thing(which is what Burter and Celipa did), we had 3 other staff members go in and post needless crap, which only makes him feel worse and basically shows that he had a point in saying what he needed to say.
What I'm asking for is some boundries for the staff. If something like this is done, staff is supposed to go in and deflame, not egg on and frankly, Reijin and HF's posts kind of pissed me off and I don't really like Retane much, but their posts weren't needed, didn't help the situation at all, and basically made them look worse than Retane.
We didn't need to hear about how Reijin wanted to say unkind things about Retane, that's not the way an admin(in my eyes) should be handling things like this, nor did we need HF to come and and ask Retane if he knows how to read. Same can be said about Akane, since she basically rolled in and said that she had unkind words. In a sense, all of it was Spam and that's not supposed to be tolerated on the discussion forums and frankly, it happens a lot.
None of that is needed and if "Staff Only" means that we post once(no matter how stupid), and then we get continuously bashed on, then I say we just change the tag to "yell at me".
Ok, I left this open to "Suggestion" so others can voice their opinions on this too. If you think I'm beings stupid, just say so, but if you think I've got a point in the fact that I think it's stupid that staff rolls in and instead of extinguishing a situation, they further devolope it, then back me up here.
