Yes, the continual comments by those who posted after Burter and Celipa were inappropriate and mean. But they were not given without reason. While the staff is here to serve the members, I don't particularly think anyone likes to be cussed out because of something small and easily fixable. Especially when they broke a rule anyways by not giving staff enough time to correct the problem.

I'd like to just point out the golden rule in this instance. If you give respect, you get respect. If you cuss someone out, don't expect a friendly response.

The comments were over the top, and shouldn't have been stated since the problem was resolved, but that in no way means they were unjustified.

Of course, that's my take on it. Maybe since I wasn't involved, I shouldn't post here. However, this is directed at everyone, and since I'm a part of everyone, I'll put in my two cents. And since Retane bitched at all of staff, all of staff really shouldn't be yelled at for responding to something posed to all of them. No ill will to Retane, I still like the guy, but I'm stating that the staff's response shouldn't be seen as ridiculously uncalled for.
