My opinion is no. If you had read anything about the list other than the names themselves, you would have seen these:

An accurate list of taken characters can be obtained on the Roster of the main page, from which this is derived. Both are alphabetical. Please double-check your selection at that link for accuracy. Alternate versions of names are provided, so check both to make sure you don?t overlook a character. For example, Goku is listed under the name ?Kakarot.?

An accurate list of inactive characters can be obtain on the Inactive Roster of the main page, from which this is derived. Both are alphabetical. If you wish to be a character you don?t see and isn?t listed under ?Forbidden Characters,? you may apply as them. The website MyFavoriteGames is a helpful reference.

That has been on there since before you joined, I promise you, right down to the grammatical error in 'obtain.'

I'm sorry for any confusion, but you selected Majin Buu as an acceptable alternate to any character you may have wanted. It says you registered on December 26th. You haven't been here long enough to "give the character time." I've seen your roleplays, and although it's more than some do, it's still not enough to convince me you've hit a creative wall with your character.
