Hatred Cannon

Kirano charges up a tiny golden ball of ki. This ki wave's power depends on his emotions, and current state of mind. It will be much more damaging and drain much more ki energy from Kirano when he is angered, or close to death. In the weakest case, this tiny ki wave will merely scratch the foe. In strongest case, it will send them lurching backwards.

Chain of Demise

Kirano gathers ki energy and transfers it to his left arm. He then converts the ki into a gleaming black whip, full of electrical charge. This whip will do about twice the damage Kirano can do with his fists, and in some cases, when Kirano transfers huge amounts of his ki to the whip, it can paralyze his foe for three seconds. Does more damage if used in Heaven, Hell, or Earth.

Darkness Screech

Kirano transfers huge amounts ki energy to his mouth. He then opens his mouth and yells in the general direction of his foe. A huge blast of red ki will come streaming out of his mouth in tiny shards, and, depending on the ki transferred, can be very weak or very damaging. The damage doubles if used in hell.

Yeah, I am going to have to say no at the moment to Chain of Demise since I am pretty sure you have to have the Raikinesis technique to use electrical attacks. As for the darkness screech, it's fine except for the double damage in hell.
