Kirano transfers huge amounts ki energy to his mouth. He then opens his mouth and yells in the general direction of his foe. A huge blast of red ki will come streaming out of his mouth in tiny shards, and, depending on the ki transferred, can be very weak or very damaging.

Yup, but still gotta loose the last bit of Chain of Demise the "does more damage if used in heaven, hell, or earth" then we'll be all good, unless you want it so that it does less damage then a normal best move on the rest of the planets in Chubbs because that's what it'll mean :E
